It's all bullet related. AAC doesn't manufacture the bullet, the manufacture the round. I've shot about 1k AAC match grade which use the Sierra Match King bullets, it's advertised right on the box. I've had about 0.75" groupings on average out of my AR. No issues. But if there were issues it would be bullet related, not AAC related.

The AAC groups were 10 shots each. Each shot was made with 1 second and one breath between shots. This was done 5rds at a time, with a reload inbetween. The first group is the control with 62gr xtac green tip M855. The second group is AAC 75gr Sabre Black Tip, the 3rd group is AAC 77gr OTM. The OTM shot the tightest grouping Sub 1/2MOA.

The lower charge weights resulted in very low hits within the ladders but had an ES within the same charge weights of as little as 2 FPS amongst the 3 ladders.
