Unfortunately, after a reinstall, it doesnt work properly. I don't get any sound alerts and text warnings. The timeline works, but not through the whole fight.The log ACT is reading is a bit more complete than what you see in game. You can view it by right clicking an encounter in ACT, there's an option there to browse the log. Those advanced triggers pick up action and buff IDs that are in the log, to distinguish more specifically what the boss is doing.Right click on the overlay, and access the available modes at the top of the menu. I've already tried doing a clean re-install of ACT, unblocking the timeline zip before extracting, etc. Nothing is working. Someone else tried running the exact same timeline files and says it's working just fine for them.

A few days ago, I had to do a fresh reinstall of FFXIV because it kept crashing every few minutes (which fixed the crashes). I noticed ACT stopped working after that, so I decided to do a fresh reinstall of ACT and Kagerou (and I followed the github setup guide to the T). Unfortunately, nothing seems to have fixed it.

Normally when you install the FFXIV_ACT_plugin a button should appear that says "show overlay" but that button does not appear when installing the plugin. So maybe it is problem with the FFXIV_ACT_plugin and windows 11. Or maybe I'm just doing something wrong but I have installed a couple of times before and never had an issue.
