I'm 99% sure its a problem on AT&T's network because sometimes pings to AT&T IP's 1 or 2 hops away will be fine, but pings out to the wider internet will get packet loss. I did read a forum thread from someone on a different ISP and the end result was low light levels into the ONT. Tempted to ask AT&T to just come and verify.There are two different AT&T outage maps.
