Udm.wad has some of the best multiplayer. rage.wad came bundled with some versions of WadEd. I always loved it. Nice mix of space base and wood, just feels like classic doom in a way few wads do. It might be a bit recent, but Firetop Mountain is one of the most well designed maps I've ever played.
