TL;DR: It's possibly legit, but you're better off calling DoorDash just in case. I just got a similar call 10 or so minutes ago and I automatically suspected it, hung up, and called DD support in case they did actually need information. The guy confirmed drivers are getting called if there is an issue with the account.If an order is cancelled by DoorDash or the customer, the order will simply disappear from your screen. If the customer wants to cancel an order, they have to call support not the driver.
