May 29, 2020 · New Ford TSB. We just got my wife's Escape hybrid back from the dealer. There is a new Ford TSB 20-2365 issued 10/19/2020 that applies to all hybrids built prior to 10/6/2020. So this applies to vehicles that received the previous "fix" 20B14. It is also NHTSA # 10181925, so I guess this issue has gotten some attention at NHTSA.
