Hi Dan. On my '93 FLD120 Freightshaker I need to know what switches turn on the low air warning light and buzzer. The light glows dimly or brightly and the buzzer buzzes softly or loudly even though the air pressure is OK. I'm looking at 5 switches on the air manifold in front of the steering column under the dash behind the brake pedal.

So I think you should look at your air manifold. On your columbia, I dont think you use air to change the plenum flaps. By 2007, they used electronic actuators. For your buzzer, you need to check the wiring to your low air switch. In addition, you need to be CAREFUL on what switch type and associated wiring is on which air circuit.
