I have tried hitting the center button on my xf1 remote and then using the left arrow. I have tried pause and using the left arrow. If it's not an overlay you can't hide it or move it, but I would think a vtuber would be aware of it blocking their model. If the streamer is using a Twitch Extension for CC's they don't remember state. If the streamer is using Twithc Built in CC's they will remember state.
