How I pulled this off at RL1: A Crown that Boosts INT - I went with Lazuli Crown as it matched the Lusat Set and gave an extra 3 to Dex. Darkmoon Greatsword has the highest and easiest dps to deal out of those 3, but you get it fairly late into the game as a reward for an important questline.
