Males have the best Strike Supers/Ultimates, high basic melee, and the high end of the middle for Blast Supers/Ultimates. Females have the best Blast attacks, and high end of the middle of the road for Strike and basic melee. Both gain a basic melee damage boost at maximum ki of somewhere around 20%. Don't recall off the top of my head.

This works great with the 5% they already get at max ki, which applies to basic attacks and evasives. So faster ki auto-regen, 15% boost to basic attacks.

Another place where height matters is in collision boxes. Smaller targets might make it a tad harder to connect some attacks. GoDA and most death beam type attacks for example have a hard time hitting smaller targets.
