Every MMTLP share is converted to NB and it now has the higher float. This isn't initial dilution because value is added but it will dilute any perpetual dividends and buyout to an extent. We know JB and GP have publicly stated they won't accept something silly like $50 for new shares so let's assume they settle all shorts for $100.
