When I boot up the game no mods load, then when I open bg3mm again all my active mods are inactive again. I already deleted all my mods from the script extender and the extender itself and reinstalled the game and such to see if i can just get regular mods to work, and I cannot. For the fix to this, you have to install script extender (manually or via nexus/vortex) and then start the game. This will cause the script extender to update automatically to the newest version. Then go back into your BG3MM and hit refresh. Hope this helps! I got my save working by deleting Script Extender and removing the tutorial chest summoning mod that uses it. BasketEquipment mods and ModularEquipment mod seem to work, and the save loaded even if it gave that warning about disabled mods on the Tutorial chest summoning mod. So, there might be a combination that might work for you too.
