Type up a nice resume and a cover letter, explaining your goal of vet school. Take it down to a vets office, talk to the vet if you can, the manager if the vet's not there. Dress nicely, be super polite (Even to the front desk staff- a lot of times people hiring ask the front desk staff what their opinion is).
