skychbobber. • 6 mo. ago. I've tested on both SSD (NVME Gen4) and a 7200RPM HDD (toshiba gaming performance) and my average loading is: NVME Gen4 SSD: 14-15 seconds. 7200RPM HDD: 17-19 seconds. So it's about 24% longer for me on HDD vs SSD. I enabled the slow HDD mode and have a very strong computer with plenty of VRAM/RAM tho.
