I dont think theyll be merging into CLMRN any time soon. I think just new radios are being assign 151xxxx's as they go to to align with the standard. They're also partially patched to CLMRN as well currently with a link to A Simulcast. So they have the ability to patch to CLMRN talk groups if needed now. Unfortunately my ability to continue monitoring CLMRN is not looking good. After a month of setting up shop in Barkhamsted, I went back to my regular listening location, which is 4 miles from the nearest tower, only to find that the signal strength has diminished to the point where I can't even detect a P25 data stream.

Everyone currently on the OLD 4.1 System will be going over the the 7.X P25 system, The P25 system is currently running Phase1 & Phase2 and always will, All of the uses will move to Phase 2 eventualy but some like UASI and some of the first users of the P25 system will take a little time to get there.
