Agreed, I took 101, 102, 103, and 104. I had a positive trend, studied my weaknesses, and hit my target score before taking the exam. Some questions were very similar or the same, but it was like they expanded on it. It was the same general content, with varying emphasis, but whereas comsae's were lean, comlex was fattened up to weigh you down.

IMO, the COMSAE's are a total waste of $50. I've seen (anecdotal) reports of people who got 100+ points higher on the real deal than the COMSAE they took right before the exam.
