Contact us. Red Barn Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit North Carolina dog rescue dedicated to saving dogs and puppies from shelter euthanasia. Most of the dogs in our rescue are saved from high kill shelters, some were homeless and abandoned. We are volunteer run, and take pride in adopting wonderful dogs into loving homes.
