I’m a current PCT with DaVita so hope this helps: your shifts will be approx 4:30am-4pm even in training give or take depending on clinic and if they have 1,2, or 3 shifts of patients. You can kind of be flexible in your schedule but you will be asked to work extra shifts a lot.
