Architecture- Dallas, but Atlanta has a lot of nice buildings. Culture- I feel like Dallas is more multi-cultural and places more of an emphasis on the arts so my vote goes to Dallas, but Atlanta has a lot more historical culture. Transportation (mass transit)- Marta moves more people, but has a worse rep than Dart.
