11/19/2023. I wish I could rate a Minus 5 Star. This company is completely useless! I had Metlife Dental Federal Insurance as a secondary policy for my wife and I. My premiums for the year came to $1,010.40, that is $84.20 a month through my FAA Retirement. Metlife paid a total for the year to my dentist of $283.80.This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service.
