Resetting doesn't work. normally, if the group leader doesn't have a Kara lock and enters the dungeon first, you should get a fresh instance. If that doesn't work, you just have to walk. I remember having this reset problem when Kara first came out, ended up having to open a ticket. Not very helpful, sorry.
