I got 145 questions on nclex.

Hi everyone I am sitting in anxiety. I finished my NCLEX-RN at 145 questions yesterday which was very anxiety inducing. Got the good pop-up through PVT yesterday and today just now but wondering if there are any false positives? ... UPDATE: I DID IT. UNOFFICIAL RESULTS OF PASS PVT TRICK DOES WORK EVEN AT 145! In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesn’t mean you necessarily passed either.
