It appears a though the thermostat is not feathering to allow smooth cooling of the engine. I had a 2010 Rubi and traded it for the '12. Never ever had a problem with the '10 gauge always on ...With only air around the thermostat inside the head, it may not heat up and it won't open resulting in overheating. If low, then fill and bleed the air out of the system. If full, there can still be air in the system from the Thermostat change out.
