I have found that instead of going through the bull crap of doing the reset procedure over and over, if I raise the window a few inches at a time it will finally close all the way.I had to reset the auto-down function. Roll the window half way down on the passenger side, then back up, holding the control for a few seconds after it fully closes. That should do it. For some reason it has to "relearn" the function if the battery is disconnected for any extended period of time.
