First off, landscapes,vegetation and weather are different things. Yes, you can use all cathedral landscapes and vegetation but you can also use Obsidian weather + true storms combo. For enb, I highly suggest Rudy or the latest Soul ENB 2019. It brings out the cold, gothic like, dramatic atmosphere with a touch of fantasy.
