I would also perform the reset feature by removing both battery cables and hold them together for a few minutes to clear memory of window motor auto features then reinstall them and strat by programming driver window first, let me know if this works for you, thank for your time! The window controller needs to be reset. Easy peasy! Turn the ignition on, no need to start the engine. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done!
