The service plazas are terrible. The rest rooms are old, cramped, often smelly, and seem unsanitary. The food areas seem to be an afterthought. We use the Indiana service plazas only if totally necessary. The road surfaces in the service plazas are uneven and cracked. The parking space markings are almost invisible.
