Help please - Linear actuator problem. I have an '02 4X2 with an actuator problem. The thing stopped working, but I didn't. I just unloaded a couple more loads with a shovel to finish the job. I told them the problem started when the Gator was under warranty and it should be corrected at no cost to me. They claimed the best they could do was split the cost three ways with John Deere paying $200, the Dealer $200, and $200 for me. So, I paid them $200 and still have the same shifting problem.I have the same problem. I had the clutch changed out last year. It cost $710 to change the clutch and fix one of the headlights. I got John Deere to refund me $412. I got the gator out Saturday had not rode it since March. The clutch and shifting is hard to shift again.
