A lot of the times they will have you waiting days until you recieve a load. It's a good starter company to get your experience but its not worth staying.

I know the pay isn’t quite top notch compared to some companies, but for me I get to be home way more often with my family and still make decent pay. Since I am coming on as an experienced driver I do qualify for the sign on bonus. It is $2,400, which you get paid $200 a month starting 30 days after hire.

It was my first billing position and working with the founder of the company was a great experience. Positive atmosphere as well as a great place to learn and exceed your expectations. Very calm and relaxing and everyone was extremely friendly. Great way to learn new aspects of the business.
