I have created a 24x24 NuclearCraft fusion reactor, I even got the "Go Big or Go Home" achievement. Everything is set up right in regards to the magnets, connectors and cores, that much I am certain of. This is reinforced by it will allow me to start it up. To be fair, it is pretty basic setup.

I have 4 reactor cells and 4 redstone cooler in it, but the controler says 0RF and doest produce any energy. It also says that it has 4 cells in it and the heat is on -360H.In at least E2E:SB, the main drawback of NC cali-250 RTGs is that by the time you get 6 breeder reactors up and running, powercells make a much better replacement for them. Especially when you start doing heavier high speed automation and your small factories build in CMs tend to need 20kRF/t at minimum. A 750 rf/t RTG doens't really do very well.
