There's no such a thing as a best PvE team. There's a best vortex team, RG team, tower team, Aspen heroes, ark boss team, etc... But you'll never find one team for all of the 200 game modes this game now has. By the way, stop making E3-E2 heroes. You wasted a ***** lot of fodder by doing so.
Other E5s heroes will come in and out based on content. Tix is good in Void until VC 100 and through Defier. Fiona and Amen Ra will be good support and should probably be switched depending on mode/opponents. Carrie and Sherlock for PVP mostly. Drake and HW for PVE.
