There is already easy way to cheese Orphix and thats with combat discipline aura mod which makes all your kills give you hp in return.. and considering there are a lot of corpus/grineer dudes its easy to get from 2k hp back to 4k. For energy its the best to have at least two hildryns with range so that their ult could suspend corpus/grineer ...The orphix mission in the Veil proxima is miserable, it's not fun at all, I am actively struggling and after 3 days still have not reached rotation C solo. the RJ orphix nodes are completely broken imo for solo play, I was able to solo 36 orphix during the event and can't even get through a couple on the RJ nodes. I don't have a necramech and I don't really want to grind for one. I tried doing the first Orphix mission, and even with going straight for the nodes and then killing the orphix as fast as I could with the stock necramech, they still hit 100% control with 2 orphix left, and that was with my necramech at critical health. Mauslon isn't much worse for the Orphix than an exalted weapon is, especially when factoring in alt fire damage. It's also much more reliable with not costing energy, not taking time to equip, and (vs the Arquebex) having an easier time hitting the weak spot. It's a perfectly viable option...
