Unfortunately, PNC Music Pavilion has a antiquated smoking policy that allows people to smoke throughout the venue, with the exception of the seats under the pavilion. My recent attendance at the Outlaw Music Festival was disgusting. The cigarette smoke was so thick in the air my throat and head hurt after a few hours and we were forced to leave.The PNC Music Pavilion is covered by the roof mainly in the middle of the venue. If you are sitting towards the middle there is a good chance your seat will be covered. The pit, box seats, and sections 1-8 are all comfortably covered by the roof. Sections 4 and 9 are on the outside of the reserved sections.
