If high replay value is a criteria for your games then DayZ will satisfy. It's ridiculous, there's something like 160+ square kilometers to explore. Just keep in mind that DayZ is a game about dying, not about living. You'll die in gut wrenching, keyboard smashing ways and maybe even develop paranoia and PTSD.

Having a good and established community within a private hive can produce so much lore and background for this game. That's why I always recommend community servers over official.
