I have solo'd the first two encounters in the past, so not looking for much advice there, really just looking for the best method to solo Persys now ... Stack a buff and a debuff, use some meta weapons and utilize Font if you can (not necessary). Radiant (20%), Weaken Clear (15%), Solo Operative (15%). Those you can get with just throwing a melee and a Witherhoard/GL. The easiest to do this solo is B&S Cataclysmic and Witherhoard. You proc Weaken and B&S, then shoot for a 35% solo buff.
