19926 posts · Joined 2002. #4 · Nov 15, 2017. I checked a bunch of channels and the signal is either 0 or in the 80s, with a couple of problem channels in the 60s. The signals that are getting the V52 errors say there's no signal lock. I didn't get a chance to check the SNR on the iffy channels.

Call Cox, 877-820-8202 tell them you moved the CableCARD to a new device and need it Re-Paired.For now, running brand new coax straight from the wall to the Tivo, pending getting a new surge protector. I tested the connectivity from the Tivo jack back to the splitter in the attic all good. The xfinity guy did a un-pair/de-activeate, re-pair/re-activate two times. ... so my parameters are different.
