I put the whole osu! folder from my old PC into an external hard drive and transferred it over to my new PC. However, out of the 2k songs, only about half of them transferred over. I have also tried re-downloading osu! on my new computer and moving only the songs, but that did not work either.

The best fix for this is to get Osu! Supporter which allows you to click on a map you dont have in-game in a multiplayer lobby and Osu! will automagically download the beatmap!
