I know this is a super old post but honestly my experience with silverrock and my own audi dealer has been incredible. From control arms (because bushings were starting to crack) to every hose, o-ring, thermostat, water pump..etc etc under the supercharger. Some long wait times sometimes but my dealer keeps me happy with a loaner.

The leak in the valve cover gasket was denied because it was within limits. So I would have to wait for it to get worse to get it fixed. Buyer beware any sort of comfort Carvana tries to give you about assurances with the purchase and inspection are a sham. If you complain they just blame it on SilverRock.
