It's why I like the sneak armor so much. Use the sneaky armor set. Stealth gear helps, but you can usually pull it off if you go really slow. I ended up just buying some from Woodland Stable.Even with full stealth armor, you need to move somewhat slowly and carefully. Walking is fine, sprinting / running /jumping are not.
