I approach the car open the door and the noise starts after 30 seconds or so and lasts less than 5 seconds. It only does it once initially and you don't here it again while car is running.

I checked the 10 and 15-Amp fuses in the trunk and they were both fine. I have cold air and multiple fan speeds- just not blowing through the correct location.
