Fidium has home fiber. You'll mostly notice if you need upload speeds. As far as downstream reliability and service, all ISPs are kinda bad. Tough industry. If you're a business, you should consider redundant internet vendors. If you're a home user, expect unreliability as the rule. Consolidated is a vestige of the legacy phone system.
