Plus finding max level tames isn't necessary your looking for high stats not high levels even a max level creature can have bad stats if a majority of the points get distributed to food, oxygen or movement. So even if all your creatures are max level you would still need tame one that has points distributed in the correct stats.

I totaly understand how the dino+exp+taming effectiveness works now. But I still wanted to increase the exp gained to level dinos up twice as fast. (We played like 2 days and only gained an overall level of +5 per dino. They were around level 15 and we felt it was super slow. Also we have some dinos we wanna level that cant be rode.

All tamed or hatched Dino's can level up 88 times, this does not change for normal or Tek creatures.
