The first taper I went down 50mgs and freaked out, and threw my phone in the ocean. I was paranoid, angry, depressed and delusional. I quit cold turkey too (at docs suggestion) and had serious withdrawal, extreme anxiety, constant dissociation etc. Told my doc and she tapered me down.
