Make earthlings EASILY have the best recovery, speed and frames out of any race. Even make saiyans. Make saiyans just have the super strong back hit. But a strike built male earthling easily beats a saiyan. You can add on blue evolved but in terms of speed, frames and all, male earthlings have no business being anywhere but S tier.
