Usually I'd recommend fixed lasers but the Cobra's small harpoint placement is so goddamn bad that gimbals are just better. The small hardpoint placement on the cobra isn't great - they're underneath at the back at the far edges. You are probably better splitting left/right instead of top/bottom.
