You can try Lucid ENB since it uses Rudy as base and its for Cathedral Weathers. You can try and it probably won't be terrible. But an ENB tailor-made to the weather mod is always going to be more consistent. PRENB for Cathedral absolutely takes the cake, along with Silent Horizons.

Dark nights are part of Rudy enb but can be adjusted in the enb menu by pressing shift enter and then on the set of Menus on the right open the top drop down menu and there will be a night brightness setting, I’d recommend keeping it pretty dark but get the travel lantern mod so you can actually see. true. Currently I’m using Rudy enb with cathedral weathers and zangdar’s edit. It’s got a nice fantasy touch but not too far from realism. It has great sunsets. You need Cathedral Weathers of course and the Particle Patch. The rest of the mods are just highly recommended, not actually required for the ENB to work. I do recommend you use Obsidian Mountain Fogs and a lighting mod like Window Shadows like Rudy recommends. Also, grass not matching LOD can be fixed with something like xLODGen.
