spears are the boring but effective weapon, so giving it all kind of trait doesn't make sense. The biggest point of spears was their reach, any spear without reach is not a spear. For the Martial one, it wouldn't even be that unbalanced. Other Reach weapons that need 2 hands have another trait for being d10.

This is kind of a cliché to state in pathfinder2e, but +1 bonuses matter, especially for things like attack rolls because it modifies both hit chance and crit chance.
