If it's not updating and the unknown don't go away it's one of a few things. 1. Poor signal at the camera 2. Did you turn it to setup and let it acquire signal first before turning it to on. 3.Overall I agree with you on the Spypoints....For $60 the Spypoint Cell Link was worth the try....
