Promo and TiteWad are a little too fast burning for me. You can push Promo and TiteWad to the 1200 f/s level 1 1/8 oz of shot, but the pressures are up there. My personal preference is to load 1 level below the fastest load. Your best beat is to buy AA28HS ammo and reload those hulls. These are all good 28 gauge powders depending on hull and wad choice. Universal, unique, HS6, 20/28, pro-reach, longshot, blue dot, herco. I have used pro-reach but perfer 20/28 in the AA28HS hulls. If I load the STS Hull I would use Universal/PT28/STS209-P for a 3/4oz load.
