With all of the the above in mind, my choice would be to book a hotel in Recoleta. I would check the Loi Suites, Club Francés, Melia Recoleta and Dazzler Recoleta (in that order). Taxis are really cheap, and it will not take long to get from the hotel to the cruise port. Edited: 1 year ago.
